    My xbox one s console is banned. I don't know for how long or why and it says im not banned on enforcement.xbox.com... And that i have a good record my account is..

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    Inserting an non xbox hd to emulate a offical one can result in a console ban

    Moding a non xbox s hd to work in an xbox s is a serious violation and can also result in a console ban

    You would have to try returning it. Console bans are not reversed.
