    My xbox one s beeps but never turns on


    I've tried unplugging it for 10 seconds, pressing the eject button multiple times, plugging a controller in, plugging it directly into the wall and nothing is working. It's a brand new xbox that I just set up yesterday and it was working fine up until
    i tried to use it today. If anyone has a fix please let me know because a brand new machine shouldnt break after a day of use.

    I can't here the second trouble shoot tone. Also when my xbox does turn on I get a notification where it says something about my saved games of that is any use

    Hi Harrison,

    Thanks for replying and keeping us updated. If you tried all the troubleshooting in the article suggested by XBF Nestor and you aren't getting the desired results and, since the console was just recently purchased, then you can still return it to the point
    of sale/retailer for an exchange of the console. If you'd prefer to try to exchange it at a Microsoft store local to you, you can search for one by clicking

    It still will just turn off after a couple seconds. And I've tried multiple attempts.
