    Well. My xbox is not shutting down completely even if its on energy saving. It acts as if i was in instant on. I did a full reset but it still won't turn off completely. Any solution please?

    Check your Queue in Games and apps to see if there are any downloads waiting or paused.

    Make sure you quit any games or apps that are running in background before powering off.

    The shutdown should complete any downloads that may have started prior to completely turning off.

    So I'm having the same issue on instant mode my xbox one s 2 Tb will drop the connection no matter what, its annoying at best! ... anyone have a solution? is the problem being addressed?
