    I have called about this problem twice at least. I bought the preorder special edition Gears of War Xbox One S 2TB. It came with codes for Gears of War 4 ultimate. Now crazy stuff if happening when I go to the store it has no knowledge of me owning the
    Ultimate. One time today it showed I had the season pass then it never showed it again. The downloads it showed I had a week or two ago some are now gone. Would you please tell me what the **** fixes this? I am about to the point of calling some of the game
    magazines. This has been an utter pain in the REAR!!! I can not understand this is a Microsoft game why is it causing me so many problems?????

    I am also experiencing the same issue my wife and I bought the Limited addition Xbox One S 2tb Gears of War 4 Ultimate addition bundle. It was advertised that it included all the other games as well however I can not download the other games. I also need
    the problem fixed.
