My Xbox One profile tenure is wrong

I'd like to report and to also see if someone else here is going through this issue I'm about to report that has to do specifically with the Xbox One tenure number on my profile.

I've tried to report this issue to the support team on both Twitter and on the xbox.com support chat but no one even tried to help me with it. The reason why I'm creating this post in the xbox.com forums, is the fact that I've seen people from the Xbox team
answering people here before so maybe someone from the actual engineering team will be able to help me with this and fix this issue.

I've been an Xbox Live member since 2008 and always had the right tenure showing up on my profile. But since Microsoft changed stuff around a couple of months ago and combined Microsoft accounts and Xbox Live accounts into one thing, I've been getting the
wrong tenure on my Xbox One profile (I still get the right one on my Xbox 360 profile though which is 8 years).

I've been getting 5 years on my Xbox One profile and I think I know why: 5 years ago, I changed my gamertag's email to a brand new Microsoft account email so I believe that your system is calculating my tenure using my Microsoft account creation date instead
of using my gamertag's creation date as a base.

I attached some pictures to prove that everything works perfectly fine on my Xbox 360 profile but it doesn't on my Xbox One profile:

Tenure on Xbox One different than on Xbox 360

My tenure on my profile on Xbox 360 shows 8 years, which is correct, whereas the tenure which is shown on my profile on Xbox One only shows 7 years...there's definitely something wrong here, please help...

 

Tenure is wrong

My tenure on xbox one is wrong. It should be 2 years but it is only showing a 1 on my profile. How do I fix this?

If you recently renewed your Xbox Live subscription your tenure may take a bit of time to update on the Xbox One, be sure to keep an eye out for the change as it may take a bit of time. Thanks for your patience on this!

 

No. I've never lapsed and my tenure is reporting inaccurately by 3 years. If you search tenure in the forums, you will see thread after thread regarding tenure reporting inaccurately for years now. Tenure reporting is obviously broken.
