My Xbox One preview update froze (update to new dashboard I assume)

This happened last night, the update got to about 70% last night and just stopped. After leaving it up for several hours I went to bed with it still on. I woke up to see my xbox one was off so I start it up only to find a black screen, ok.. so I hard reset
the xbox. I now can only sit at the Green xbox one screen loading. It makes 0 progress when trying to go to the HUD just keeps acting like its loading.

New dashboard question

so I have two Xbox ones in my house, mine and my sons
I am in the preview program only and my son is not in any programs
He turned his Xbox on today to see an update which was strange since we both have instant on
He now has the new dashboard and I'm on the original one
How did his Xbox one get update when he isn't in any preview programs? And why is making be not update?

No access to the early access forums a day my Xbox is stuck for more than 5 hours

Literally waiting g all day to get the issue fixed my Xbox is frozen in a dashboard update from the preview program and I do not have access to the early update forums. Please help me.

Do you have access to the preview forums?

That really is the best place to get help and give feedback with the preview program. If you get "Group not found" reply back here and a member of staff will check and sort out for you.

Keep hard resetting your xbox without anything connected or in the disc drive, this has worked for others.

What is the next update & Version for Preview Members Available or Xbox Preview Dashboard Updated after the 27/04/2016 Version th2_xbox_rel_1603.160420-1900 was successfully updated on my Xbox One Console. Are the Updates for Xbox Preview Dashboard Updates
for all Registered Preview Members Automatically installed every month or 2 months.

are you by any chance in the xbox preview program ? I also noticed my dashboard changed from the xbox preview dashboard back to the normal one after the update

Same here, I've been In the preview dashboard beta signup for two years. I bought a new xbox one s, downloaded the insider hub app and enrolled this new xbox in the program. My old xbox received the new dashboard update. On my xbox one s I am receiving this
error message.
