My Xbox one network connection isn't helping. Please fix it for me.

wifi issues

So recently my xbox one has not been able to connect to my wifi network. It has before in the past and one day up and stopped working. I've called xbox customer support and went through troubleshoot steps with them but so far they have not helped. The wifi network shows up but whenever i try to test the network connection i get an error message that says 'cannot get an IP address'. I tried a wired connection and that works but i am not able to keep it wired all the time. If anyone might have a solution please help!

1-In forza5 I received (unable to join session). In titanfall I didn't received message but can't play online, and another games I received this message (unable to connect to server at this time. Please check your network connection and try again later).

2-It Happens in all games

3-Didn't successful and says not connected (your network isn't set up.)

By the way my network connection is working very well in my console,but still not working with multiplayer

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. According to your
Xbox Live profile, you played some games around the time of posting. Are you still having issues or are you good to go?

If you're still having issues, post back with more information so we can help out. What happens when you try to connect to your home network? What is the error message/code you get? Does it happen with every game or only some?

Any details you can give us will help!
