    I have a question on how to turn it off.

    my xbox does an update on the console every second to third day. Ive tried turning it off and it still does it. I have update games and apps when its off but im in the middle of the game and it stops me from my gameplay to do an update.

    I also have this issue except I cannot turn it off. I purchased my Xbox pre-owned and it already had the Preview Omega program enrolled in the insider hub and I can't unenroll because it asks that I sign in with the account that signed up for it or something
    like that. I obviously don't have that account

    Yes I am. When I press unenroll it tells me to sign in with the account that signed up for it

    You can also change update settings, however not recommended to turn off as you may miss crucial updates.

    my xbox updates every 3-4 days also but normally kicks in late at night when quiet.
