My Xbox one menu lags and I don't know how to fix it.

soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

No everything pops up but when i press right on the d pad it doesnt respond instantly it responds a few second later than usual. Ya know what i mean?

Thanks for reaching out to us today! I would like to clarify, what do you mean by the menu lags? Do you mean the home screen is taking a while to show up the normal games and apps you recently accessed as well as the normal Xbox ads that show up? If you
could provide more information on that would be great!

Meanwhile I suggest to clear the console's mac address, this tends to help out with various issues with the Xbox One.

To clear the alternate MAC address(Network cache)on the Xbox One console follow these steps:

• Go toSettings
  
• Select Network > Network Settings
  
• Select the Advanced Settings
  
• Next choose the Alternate MAC Address
  
• Select clear and restart
  

Give it a shot let us know how it goes.

hope you're right I own my ONE just for 3 weeks now, so I don't know how long the achievement is shown yet ?

btw. I hope they can fix the lag issue soon, won't buy a new table until this is fixed !

Okey I tried every solution but none of them worked ... Do you think its worth to wait for a new xbox update that could fix this UI lag?

(I don't know how long I have to wait for one)
