my xbox one makes a weird saound everytime i put in a disc

Yes, everytime I've turned on my xbox, the adapter makes the weird sounds

Some of the achievements have now unlocked, which is great news! But as of today I put my game in the disc tray and my console made some weird noises, and displayed "insert disc". I ejected the game and tried putting it back in a few times to no prevail.
I then recycled my console to see if restarting it would help, but every time I put MCC in, it would make weird noises and display "insert disc", while other games would continue to be read and played. Any suggestions?

Weird. Only games I have ever had problems with the actual physical disc has been the two Black Ops game. First black ops game, I put into my xbox and it started making weird noises. Sounded like a chainsaw was going off, opened up my disc drive and the
disc was torn to shreds. After about a twenty tries, it installed all the way through. Now I have problems with Black Ops II. It happened to me again not to long ago. Weird how it got scratched though.

It did not solve my problem but there's also another thing to note. When I put this specific disc in, it starts to make a weird sound that doesn't happen with any of my other discs. I think it has something to do with the fact that my disk may or may not have a crucial part of it scratched off.

agreed when put the disc in try to place it perfectly on the place where you put the disc and make sure you put it on the center

i made an accident of placing one of my kinect game rushly in my xbox and my xbox makes scratch noises to the point when i get the disc out and it has a nice pretty perfect ring around it
