My Xbox One Live Gold subscription was canceled

On May 31 I bought 1-year Live Gold by Xbox One. I played Titanfall usually at night. Yesterday, June 1, when I try to play Titanfall again, my signature was gone. I received 2 emails from Microsoft, 1 confirming the signature and the other the
next day canceling my subscription. I do not understand anything.

Yeah, unless something has changed recently, you get to keep your Xbox 360 gold games.

But the Xbox One gold games you need to have an active subscription.

Yes, but I'm from Brazil, and 0800 of them are not currently available and the other option they gave me was to contact the forum. Neither the online chat is available.

 

Support will be the only ones who can help since this is a billing issue.
