    My xbox one live gold still valid, but I can't play multiplayer in my games. Can you help collegues?

    I played about two weeks my game multiplayer but one day it's start not working.

    I can do everything with my gold (buy discount games and other gold options) but I can't play multiplayer.

    Maybe you can now solutions friends?

    With NAT everything ok. I don't know what I can do at this moment. How I can solve this situation

    Can't access mulitiplayer

    I bought my xbox one x today, and i can't play any multiplayer games online. It says my account doesn't have multiplayer priviliges. I redeemed the 14 day trial for xbox live gold and bought a month. But i still can't play online? what can i do? my settings
    are set to allow multiplayer, and i'm using an adult account.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. As this seems to be related to your account and/or billing, you may want to reach out to

    phone support
    and see what they can do for you. They will be better able to verify your Xbox Live Gold status and can try removing it and reissuing you a new token to your account.

    and see what they can do for you. They will be better able to verify your Xbox Live Gold status and can try removing it and reissuing you a new token to your account.

    I also have the same problem. Bought the Xbox One X on release day, i used the 14 day Xbox Live Gold code on the same day and i still can't play Multiplayer. I can download the Xbox live gold games of the month like you can but when i go into multiplayer
    in a game it says i don't have a Gold subscription and it takes me back to the store where it says Xbox Live Gold expires on 11/21/2017. So it must be active but i can't use it :/

    I'm so sorry for what you're going through yes, multiplayer may not work with shared play.

    Game sharing is a feature that allows members of a family to share their games and subscriptions with other family members. However, live multiplayer is not included in the shared game.

    To play live multiplayer, the family member signing into the game must have an active Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

    In this case, the person sharing games with you may not have an active Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. If so, you will not be able to play live multiplayer.

    To check if the person you're sharing games with has an active Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, you can ask them to go to Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

    If the person you're sharing games with has an active Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, but you still can't play live multiplayer, there may be another issue.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that to play a paid online multiplayer game it is required to have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription, Jake. You may be asked for an Xbox Live Gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    The reason why Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is also an option is because it includes Xbox Live Gold subscription, but will depend on you if you will just get the Xbox Live Gold individually.
    I am having the same issue with dbd and I know 100% I own the game both physically and digitally. I can play other multiplayer games such as Overwatch, so I know my Xbox Live is still valid/working. Any suggestions?

    Hi monzi96. If the issue is occurring on a specific game, you may be currently suspended from multiplayer on that game. I would contact the game developer for more assistance.

    If the issue is that you cannot play Multiplayer on XBOX Live, first ensure that you have a valid Xbox Live GOLD membership. Then, contact XBOX Support at 1-800-MY XBOX.
