    Hi,

    I had an Xbox one up until about a month ago, last year I purchased season 1, anyway I sold me Xbox one but still have a windows PC, using the same account, I still have a Gold account BTW, Using the same account I logged into Killer Instinct on my Windows
    10 PC and I don't have any of the characters I paid for.

    Please advise.
