My Xbox one keeps turning on and off by itself.

So for the last year i have had some problems with my console turning on and off by itself. It hasnt been very bad and rarely happened but for the last month it has been happening a lot more and now when i power on my console it stays on for about 30 seconds
- 5 min. Some times it stays on for hours but rarely. I have blown air through the console near the power button and its not the power button. Anyone know how to fix this?

maybe there is something wrong with the power button, but you won't be able to solve it blowing air, I think it would be better if you take it somewhere to be checked inside, or if you're able to do it yourself I'd recommend you to do it
