My XBOX One keeps trying to freeze up, what can I do to remedy this problem?

Do what Tumy said if that still keeps freezing what you should do is download it to you xbox. I get the same problem with Skyrim and I saved it to my xbox no more problems.

I'm one of the beta testers and after the official public release of the update 1406 I don't know if others are having this problem too my xbox one keeps freezing up when one of my games has an update. I was trying to load another game while my Forza downloads
it's up date and it would freeze up on me I did the hard shut down at least 6 time.

Since my original post, there have been several updates to the Xbox one system and none have remedied the problem. I've found the best way to fix it myself is to hold my remote on the side of my coffee table where it can connect to the console but is out
of sight of the kinect. It is still and inconvenience but at least there is a rigged fix at this point. I gave up on the support route of remedying this so I will keep installing updates and hope one eventually fixes it. I have seen a few knock off media remotes
for the Xbox one out there but cannot say if this problem effects them as well.

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try removing all storage from the console and then restart it? If it boots up fine and doesn't freeze up then put in one storage device and repeat. Keep doing this until the console freezes up again. If it does then the
storage device is what's causing the issue and would need to be replaced.

yes and my problemes simaler i just got this xbox about 6 months ago and lately its been freezing even at the first load up what the hell is going on this is highley fustrating and i just bought this damn ff13 2 of xbox live and the damn game keeps freezing
what the hell xbox live i want to play the game i just payed for thats bs and that sleeps dogs game keeps freezing to what the hell i cant even play the game with out it freezing this sucks ive never had this happin before what going on and can you fix this
