    My xbox one keeps signing me out


    Since May 29th, my xbox one has been signing me out automatically when I've been trying to play a new game, "Attack on Titan". I've reset my console many times, checked my security on my account, which I had to fix due to unusual activity, uninstall the
    game and reinstall it, and checked for any updates to the game and the console, and still this occurs. I recently got a new modum for my house. could that be the problem? I don't know what else to try.

    Hey SpartanKing2209! Are you using a third part controller at all? Is console plugged directly in to the outlet? Post back and let me know!

    I am not using an off brand controller and my console is plugged into a splitter. I did recently get a new modum but the connection hasn't been very well and my xbox loses its connection sometimes. could that be the problem?

    Hey SpartanKing2209! That could definitely be the source of the issue. I would suggest troubleshooting your network hardware or contact your ISP for assistance. Post back and let me know how it goes!

    Hey there OC!

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Thank you for detailing the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Is it possible that your account is on a different Xbox One console? If it is being signed into a different console, it would sign you out of your current
    session/console. If it's not, the next step you'll want to try is a full
    factory reset    .
