My Xbox One keeps signing me out after losing internet

So I moved a couple days ago and ever since I've been having this issue here when I lose internet connection my console dashboards and tells me I don't own whatever game I happened to be playing at the time, not only that but it's been completely signing
me out. I'm super annoyed and would love to find a solution!

Hey there Nova!

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to stay signed in.

If you haven't yet, you should give the steps outlined in "My Xbox One is getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live".

When you get a chance, give that a shot and let us know how that helped.

If your signed in and lose internet connection it will sign you out.

As far as it telling you that you do not own the games.

In order to prevent that from happening that console would need to be set as your home console if you are not going to be connected to the internet. Yes I know you are losing connection but if you are wanting to play games offline that console would have
to either be set as your home console or you would have to put the console into offline mode before going offline.

when your computer loses internet it wont notify you right away. It will keep trying to reconnect for a min or 2 then say you lost connection. If it reconnects you wont notice anything. The second your xbox loses internet it kicks you out and prompts you
to sign in again.

Thats the weird part, the signal from wi-fi and connection to the router keeps the same, it justs lose the connection to the internet.

In AUTO mode it loses the IP address and DHCP error appears and in static mode it just loses the internet connection. But the connection to the router, the Wireless keeps the same.

i will test it on my brother in law's xbox one to see if it happens as on my one.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Thank you for detailing the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Is it possible that your account is on a different Xbox One console? If it is being signed into a different console, it would sign you out of your current
session/console. If it's not, the next step you'll want to try is a full
factory reset.
