My xbox one keeps randomly siging me out.

So my xbox one keeps randomly signing my profile out. Forcing whatever i'm doing, whether it be a game or other app to the start menu. Its causing me to have to abandon games and making it impossible to use. is there a way to prevent or fix this issue. I
have tried everything i can think of to fix it.

Nothing is working, the game will not connect

have you tried siging out and back in in the Xbox app?

That may be due to some networking issues. To start out, can you share your detailed network statistics from underneath your network settings?

put your xbox one online then power cycle for 10 seconds then wait for 30 seconds then turn it on or you can power cycle for 10 seconds then unplug your console for 30 seconds then plug your console back in and turn on your xbox one . you also can Remove
and add your Microsoft account

That seemed to work, thank you. Though I am not sure why going online is the fix. Offline, a profile is just so the system knows who you are and can access your saved games. It seems like a connection to the Internet shouldn't matter unless you need to access
Internet features. Either way, thanks for your help...
