MY XBOX ONE Keeps LOSING CONNECTION

Here is my thing so my Xbox one has work perfect until 7/8/2020. I got a new router a month earlier in June and work fast and it worked prefect. The next month I started losing connection so one night I notest that by me steaming to my computer it got
the connection to work it lasted tell now. i have restarted my router and i have use ether net i have use trouble shot, the older wifi router, and non of these work please tell me a way to fix it. ( and please don't tell me it is my WIFI it is not, just tell
me how to fix it)(and don't tell me i need a new xbox i cant get one and plus every computer can be fix so tell me how to fix it).

Thats the weird part, the signal from wi-fi and connection to the router keeps the same, it justs lose the connection to the internet.

In AUTO mode it loses the IP address and DHCP error appears and in static mode it just loses the internet connection. But the connection to the router, the Wireless keeps the same.

i will test it on my brother in law's xbox one to see if it happens as on my one.

Is your Xbox fully updated? I’m experiencing an odd issue with my console (controller connectivity).

By what means is your console connected to your home internet?

You could have a think about Ethernet if you are in a larger property.

going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the link I was referring to, I would like you to go through the following steps to clear your Mac address and perform a quick power cycle:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if open because that could sometimes interfere. to check for the NAT type you can follow the steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port
4500 (UDP).
