My Xbox One keeps locking up.

Hey, so yesterday (November 15th at about 11 pm) my xbox has started to lock up randomly while playing multiple video games. It started on Halo MMC. I had just re-installed it the day before to play some custom games with some buddies. So I get on it and
start playing with them and randomly 75% of the game audio just stops (some sound effects still work), about 10 seconds after that the game would lock up and it seems like it froze completely. Then about 10-15 seconds of that and then I'm able to play again.
Sometimes it would just stop the audio and not lock the rest of the game up and when the audio came back it played all the sounds that wouldn't play earlier at one time.

So I went to bed and woke up and attempted to play The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition. It would start up then when I get to the "Press any button to continue" on the main menu it told me I had to delete all the local saves on my xbox and redownload
it from the cloud. So I did that and started Skyrim up again.

It would do the exact same thing as MCC. Most of the audio would cut out and eventually freeze for a short time. I have tried hard resetting the console, tried turning it into Energy Saver mode. I just can't seem to get it to work. I tried playing MMC again
and same thing. Figured I would uninstall MCC because I was thinking that may have been an issue but the problem persists.

Lock Up / Freeze Issues After the Multiplayer Update?

I am playing Night Shift in campaign mode and it keeps locking up my xbox when I use the scope

 

Oh I should have also stated this before. Halo Master Chief Collection is installed Digitally and Skyrim Special Edition is installed via a Disc. Figured I should say that as it might be useful information. So its not just a problem for one the one type.
I also attempted to play Battlefield 1 via Disc and it gave me the same message about deleting and redownloading all my local saves.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with playing games! To check, do you currently have the games installed on the internal storage or is it installed on an external device? If you have it installed on an external device, let's try installing it to the internal
HDD to see if there's any change. Keep us in the loop! It may be worth restoring your Xbox One to factory settings, but I wanted to double check on your storage setup first.

 

Hello again. I am so sorry for not keeping you in the loop! I had ended up restoring my Xbox to factory settings :/ I had everything saved on the internal storage. I should have replied and said I had resolved it. (Or so I had thought) Now about 21-22 days
later I am yet again having the same problem! I was hoping it would not happen again. :/
