    I also have this exact problem. It only happens for Fortnite though. I open the game and it just quits back to home. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, no dice. I'm not on preview or anything, just help me.

    I have this same problem! On both Fortnite and Rise of the Tomb Raider. I have no idea what's going on

    I would do a hard reset by holding down your power button for few seconds and when its done pull out your power cord from your Xbox console and reset your router for 30 seconds and plug in your power cable to your xbox console and see it works.

    i'm having the same issue but only with rise of the tomb raider. just bought it yesterdayand tried it for the first time today. every time i press start to go to main menu the game crashes. its the only game that does this on my xbox. i've uninstalled and
    redownloaded the game and still the same thing. some times it even fully reboots my xbox. i've been looking around and clearly from what it looks like im not the only one having this issue. at this point i feel like its the game and im considering contacting
    xbox one and getting a refund. highly disappointed for i've been waiting a while to play this game and then i finally get my hands on it (via the xbox one ultimate game sale) and the game doesnt even work. Does anyone know if there's gonna be a fix for it?

    Try doing a hard reset exactly like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
    Once it is back up and operational test for results. Let us know. Good Luck!!
