My Xbox one keeps giving me a black screen.

Discus and support My Xbox one keeps giving me a black screen. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When i turn on my xbox it goes through the xbox logo popping up and the when its done it gives me a black screen that i cant get out of.     My Xbox one keeps giving me a black screen.


    When i turn on my xbox it goes through the xbox logo popping up and the when its done it gives me a black screen that i cant get out of. Any ideas?

    Hey Gamer!

    Please try some of the following steps:

    1. Hard Reset
    2. Turn off 24Hz
      1. Xbox button on controller > All Settings > Display & Sound > Video Options
    3. Switch to offline mode, then reconnect once console is restarted
    4. Check for updates

    Yes i have reinstald the game but it keeps happening as soon as i enter the first round it fades black and im sent back to the home screen of my xbox and need to restart my game so it doenst give me an error
