My Xbox One keeps getting stuck on green screen on start up.

Why does my Xbox One keep getting stuck on green screen as it starts up after power off state? I have been facing this issue around a month after i bought the unit (second hand) about 6 months ago. My only solution is to always put the console on sleep mode AT ALL TIMES as to avoid it shutting down. But it's guaranteed that everytime the console is turned off (not sleep mode) i would have to do a troubleshoot and soft reset it, yes, every single time. I have tried every possible fixes i can find on the internet but nothing seems to work. I think this might be a hard drive problem since often times my console would rum extremely slow and freezes constantly, and yep, it's the ol' reset every time that happens too. I have probably have done 30 ish resets to the console so far. So yeah, if anyone can help me with this i would very much appreciate it, thanks.
