My Xbox one keeps disconnecting me from Xbox live

I got an Xbox one 5/6/17 and I set it up and all that. The problem is I randomly get disconnected from Xbox live even though I have my Ethernet cable plugged in and my internet is working fine . I reset the router about 5 times today so I could download
my games and I keep getting disconnected it's very annoying and I don't know what's wrong. Any help?

Xbox keeps disconnecting me from xbox live every time I go on a game

Xbox keeps disconnecting me from xbox live every time I go on a game. I don't know whats going on but it keeps disconnecting me and the if I go back on xbox home it reconnects me again.

 

My Xbox One Controller

Ok so my xbox one controller keeps disconnecting me from Xbox live and blinks for about 3 more seconds and I've looked every where on the internet but I can't find any fixes please help me.

Sorry to hear about the network performance. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

• Download Speed
• Upload Speed
• Latency
• Packet Loss %
• Wireless Strength (if applicable)
• Modem Manufacturer
• Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number
• NAT Type

Then let's then have you try to do a Network power cycle, to see if it helps.

• Start by powering off and unplugging your Modem, Router (if applicable) and Xbox One console.
  
• After 60 seconds of the devices being powered off, turn on the power to your Modem and then the Router (if applicable).
  
• Wait another 60 seconds for the network equipment to turn on and gain the proper signals from your ISP. Then turn on your Xbox One console.
  

That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

Hi,

Having the same issues as the person above, done the detailed checks and Download speed is 24mbps, upload 14mbps and ping 31ms and still the connection keeps dropping in the middle of games, it's as if there's a fault with the network card as it's just a
random complete disconnection from the internet. Now I also have internet TV and this random disconnecting does not happen so it's not my internet router (tried 2 different routers) so the issue seems to be with XBox One console. You guys must have some help
for this or are you telling us to go out and buy another one????
