My Xbox One Keeps Crashing

It started a few weeks ago then abruptly stopped. However, it started again three days ago, and now, it's much worse. I can't get past the loading screen of any game without the game freezing (audio is still playing), then the audio starts making this
weird skipping/stuttering noise, then the Xbox completely shuts off. None of my games are on discs; all are digital. It doesn't happen with any apps (YouTube can run for days on end with little to no problems). When you aren't in a game or app, (for example:
putting in a new account) it sometimes abruptly freezes and the screen cuts to black, but comes back on with nothing changed ~2 seconds after it began. There's only one game that doesn't completely crash the system: Minecraft. However, as of yesterday, it'll
go to the title screen then return to the Xbox homepage. I tried cleaning the inside, however I couldn't access the inside of the metal casing, as I have no tools. I should mention that it was bought used from a family member, so the void sticker was already
gone, and when I opened the top, a few screws were loose (suggesting it'd been opened before). My family can't send it to be evaluated or repaired, due to the current "situation" in the world right now. The official Xbox subreddit couldn't even help solve
my problem. We're running out of options, and we don't want to just throw it out because we can't afford a new one and it's one of the main sources of entertainment in our household. Somebody please help.

ele esta em um lugar bem ventilado , as vezes ele tem super aquecimento e comeca a travar e correndo ate o risco de danificar o console, espero que isto ajude de alguma forma tente tambem entrar em contato com o suporte eles sempre tem uma soluzcao

I've tried everything I could find on the Microsoft help page, Google, and YouTube to no avail but thank you for your help

Don't open the Xbox ever, Now I would do this Physically power cycle the console Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.,The
console will power down. while off disconnect all power cords etc for 30seconds plug everything back in, Turn your console back on by
pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
