    My Xbox one keeps auto scrolling when it’s turned on


    I just hopped on to play some Xbox when it kept scrolling down on the menu i though it was the controller but when I tried a different controller it kept doing the same thing I tried resetting the Xbox but nothing works

    Hello again, this is strange, you have already verified that if the issue cannot be on your controller either, try turning on the console and having the controller connected to the console.
