My Xbox One just broke my Fallout 4 disc.

Anyone ever have a problem with your Xbox One burning a disc that it is installing after making a ticking noise? I really wanted to play Fallout and get back into it, but that is not gonna happen anymore. Can Xbox support help?

Weird noise/ Wont recognize game

I just bought Fallout 4 from Gamestop. When I tried to put it in my Xbox it wouldnt recognize the game. It just said make sure it is an xbox one game etc.

Also now when i put the disc is there is a weird sound. It only happens with my fallout 4 disc, no others. I checked the disc and there are no scratches or any damages. Any ideas?

The message containing my Fallout 3 code has expired

So, basically my disc version of fallout 3 has recently broke, and I have been trying to get the code for Fallout 3 that Xbox sent me for my preorder bonus for Fallout 4. I first contacted xbox support and they sent me to Bethesda, so I emailed them and
they sent me back to xbox support which then sent me to the fourms. Can I get my code back or should I just buy fallout 3 again?

That doesn't sound like a good thing. Has this happened to any other discs? Are you able to safely and fully play other games from discs?

If your Xbox One console's disc drive is damaging discs, you may want to consider having it repaired via the >>Online Service Center<<.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse broke my Xbox 360 reader, I have an elite with no hardrive and I installed it into one of my flash drives and it just broke my disc reader, it sucks

I have a fallout 3 problem myself. I have fallout 3 GOTY, my game disc does not read well on the one but the 360 it reads fine. the dlc disc of fallout 3 is fine and can read on the one.

Because I preordered fallout 4 I got fallout 3 game itself for download but no dlc with it so I put in the dlc disc and the console installed the dlc no problem. I run the game and check downloads and none of the dlc shows up at all not even when I load
the game but it's on my game manager as installed...

Hello! I was having issues playing Fallout 4 and Skyrim on my Xbox One (2013 edition). Every time I would start the games the selection screen would load but when I would go to click start the game would completely freeze. This happened more with Fallout
4 then it did with Skyrim. I believe my Xbox was having a cooling problem. There was quite a large amount of dust in the vent and both of those games use a lot of power. Maybe that is your issue too? If not I would try putting the discs into another Xbox to
see if it is a disc problem or your Xbox.
