My Xbox one issues that started 2 weeks ago! I'm fed up with this

Ok so for the past two weeks I have not been able to connect to Xbox live. Finally was notified of a system update that was supposed to fix these problems. just finishEd the update after 2 hours of "we are running into problems" finally got to 100%..
After the restart. Nothing has changed . I'm connected to my network but still no live. What do I do?

single player achievements not unlocking

What achievements are you missing just for reference? I started experiencing achievement issues with BF1 2 weeks ago. My Medic Elistment would not unlock with my class at level 2. I had to level it up to 3 and it finally unlocked. My Assault Elistement
is still locked and I have leveled that class to 4 already and it's the last one I'm missing. So I'm not sure. Achievements seem to be really buggy at the moment. I'm cleared by xbox cache. Removed my profile and re downloaded it. I'm even starting to
have issues on other games.

My achievements won't unlock all of a sudden.

@TRAN5FMR I was having trouble with crimson dragon about a week ago. 2 days ago I started having trouble with metal gear solid. I had 2 achievements that said 100% and it took about a day and they unlocked. My Crimson dragon achievements never got fixed
though so I just had to delete everything and start over. I'm really getting fed up with having to wonder every time I play a stupid game if my achievements are going to pop or not. I need to allow offline achievements or something.

Try a hard reboot. Hold down the power button on the console until it shuts off. Give it a few minutes and turn it back on

Hard reboot should *ALWAYS* be your first step if you are having issues. That goes for not only Xbox One, but literally any product created by Microsoft and/or running the Windows OS.

Another trick with the hard reset is to hold the eject button in while you turn it back on. I think it helps clearing the cache if you are having issues.

Clearing cache helps. On the 360, it worked to do xbox live connection tests. It seemed to open my internet a bit more back to an open nat setting. I'm not too sure how it works on Xbox One, but it could be worth a shot.

If not, maybe it's your ISP bugging out on ya. Have you considered contacting your ISP to see if it's them?
