    My Xbox One Isn't working properly.


    Hello, This morning I tried turning on my Xbox One and it would turn on but the home screen would be blank. The home menu would show up if I pressed the Home Button but I could not select anything. I tried turning it off, waiting, then turning it back
    on, and I tried unplugging the console and plugging it back in but I had the same issue. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

    Same black screen. Power display shows on, my Tv HDMI input shows receiving signal but black screen on xbox. Home button shows it’s there and option to turn console off or controller off but that is all I can do. Smh !

    So I was advised to factory reset my xbox which i have done which requires the system to update, it's not doing so....
