My Xbox One isn't visible in the Xbox app on Windows 10 but is on same model laptop

HI all,

I can't see my Xbox One in the Xbox app or the Xbox beta app on my Windows 10 laptop, but I can successfully see my Xbox one on another laptop of exactly the same model and brand on the same network.

I am definitely on the same subnet as the Xbox one, I've tried rebooting, updating the Xbox app on the PC and everything. The network type is "private" on both laptops and i've tried both wireless and wired. Both work on the other laptop, neither work
on the new one.

The only difference is the laptop which doesn't see the Xbox One is on Windows 10 1511, whereas the other laptop is on the first version of Windows 10.

Make sure that your Windows 10 device and the Xbox One are connected to the same network and logged in using the same Microsoft account.

No Archivements for MS Bingo

that right, on xbox.com and on my Lumia 520 phone I can see the archivements. But in the Windows 10 Xbox-App there isn't this game in my list and because that, there are no archivements. In the App and and Beta-App there is a bug to see the Game in the list.
Also Microsoft Solitare from a Windows 8.1 device is missing. This one is also visible on my windows 8.1 phone.

 

HI SCF, Can you please try the following troubleshooting tips suggested by the developers? The info mentioned will reference SmartGlass, but the instructions should be work fine with Xbox App. Let us know if it helps or not.

If the issue continues please help us out by reporting the issue via Xbox App Beta using the 'Report a problem" so logs are generated and reported to the developers to investigate.

none of that works Bestlano. The problem is certainly a Win 10 thing, as it definitely isn't the network or the Xbox One. proven by the other laptop

 

Thanks for confirming. I would still recommend reporting the issue by using the 'Report a problem'. The developers can take a look. If the issue does fall under Win 10 it will be escalated to the proper teams for further investigation.
