    My xbox one isn't starting, it's stuck on starting page (green page with logo)


    Hello, since yesterday my console has problems, I was playing and an update was proposed to me, I refused, I was put offline, and the game began to be slow after a while.

    I decided to make the update, but the console can't turn on-line anymore, I restarted it, but it remains blocked on the starting page (green page with logo).

    I tried to let it load all the night, but nothing, I disconnected it all the day but nothing, I also tried of changed grip, and to press on eject and the starting button but nothing...

    Can you help me please? Or do I have to send it to microsoft?

    I'll try to call them tomorow, but I hope i'll have an answer before My xbox one isn't starting, it's stuck on starting page (green page with logo) :p.

    Preparing console... *FREEZES DURING UPDATE*

    If you're stuck in the green screen, after rebooting from a stuck preview update, try a cold reboot. Press the Xbox logo, so the Xbox switches off, then switch off power supply. Leave it for a few minutes, then start it up. It worked for me, but stayed on
    the green screen for about 10 minutes before finally starting proper. Hope that helps.

    thank you, but I think I lost it, I tried "OSUDT2" and to Reset the xbox, but nothing, still the green page...

    Thank you for responding. I see you have some questions in regards to the troubleshooting provided by our great ambassadors. We'll try our best to clear things up for you. A

    power cycle     is when you shut off your console, unplug it from the power for thirty seconds, and then turning it back on. In order perform a manual

    factory reset    , you can do the following:

    1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
    2. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
    3. Press and hold the BIND button and the EJECT button, and then press the
      Xbox button on the console.
    4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
    5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
      BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
    6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.
    The bind button on the original Xbox One can be found on left side of the console, near the disc tray. When you are dealing with an Xbox One S/X it is located below the power button. Hope this helps! :D

    Quick fix Xbox One stuck on loading screen issue by using factory resetting. Hold Eject and Sync button, click the Power button.
    Wait for 2 startup tones to sound, a menu with 4 options will appear: Restart, Power off, Factory reset and Update off of Flash Drive.
