My xbox one isn't showing on my new monitor screen

I just bought a new monitor (a small 20" Spectre E20) and I attempted to connect my xbox one to it. It popped up the home loading green screen with the xbox logo, but then the monitor went black. I could hold down the home button on the controller and it would give me the popup with the "reset monitor, reset controller, turn off screen" options. I then connected my monitor to my laptop and that worked fine, so I assume it's an xbox issue. How could I fix this?

Do the command again and a screen with 4 options will appear, select ''reset'' and then keep the games and apps.

Before making the command, remove everything from the console and just leave the HDMI cable and power cable.

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

Press and hold the BIND button and the EJECT button, and then press the Xbox button on the console.

Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

You can also try a different HDMI port on the TV.

I think it's a problem with your monitor, even if the image transmits on the TV, see if there is a problem with the monitor cable connection.

It happens no matter what i do any game i play even if im chilling in the home screen it does it

So i tried my 3 displays with a brand new hdmi 2.0 18gbps cable, 1 being a 1080p monitor, one being a 1440p monitor and one being a 4k monitor. The 4k monitor was the only one that showed the picture and it did not cut out in the little time frame i had
to check it so i decided to do a full wipe/reset of the console including all my games and am hoping that fixes the issues otherwise idk im out of tricks to try.

Now im permanent black screen on my 4k display as well lol
