    My xbox one isnt reading my external hard drive


    I have a 2 TB game drive for my Xbox one s and it decided not too read it today. I've tried different ports on the Xbox and I plugged the drive into my computer just too see if it reads it (which it does). I believe its something wrong with the Xbox itself
    so any help is appreciated. Thank you. (some more info. the hard drive is a seagate 2tb game drive)

    Hello what kind of external hard drive are you using?? Are you part of the Xbox Insider program? When the HD is plugged into console does it prompt anything? Are lights on??
