My Xbox one isn't installing when off

Hi,

I've noticed that downloads of any kind are not doing anything when my Xbox One is off. I've checked the "Instant-On" setting and it's turned on, I've tried turning it on and off too. I've tried everything from restarting my console to disconnecting and reconnecting
my Internet. Even tried connecting a different internet source but nothing. I've confirmed its not my internet connection. It downloads fine when it's turned on except for the occasional "Installation stopped" but as soon as I turn the console off it completely
stops updating/downloading. Unchecking "When off storage is off" does nothing and I've tried Hard reset. Nothing works. From the small amount of feed back I've gotten it seems this problem is happening to some Xbox Series X users.

I'd like to mention that this is my 5th time trying to get this fixed and I've been trying to find the issue for well over 2 days now. If anyone has ANY information you can give me that would help it would be very much appreciated.

**UPDATE** I just checked my settings again and this time in the power settings under the checkbox where it says turn on xbox with voice... there is another checkbox that says "Turn off storage when the xbox is off". Uncheck the storage box... not sure
yet if it will have any effect on the issue but it's worth trying.

I am having the same issue with my Xbox series X. It seems to stop all downloads when in standby using instant-on. Wondering if this might require an update to fix?

I'm having the same exact issue! I started downloading 19 games/updates yesterday at 11:00am CST... woke up this morning at 7:00am CST and STILL NOT DONE. In fact, a lot show "Installation stopped." My Series X is set to Instant On and I double,
triple checked the settings to ensure update while off is checked. So now, having to leave my Xbox on and watch as the downloads complete.

Exactly what's happening to me, I've been trying to update a game since the 9th at 11pm PT and it's still at 42% and that's only because I had to leave it on all night.
