    My xbox one isn't downloading games.


    So I just bought Dead Space 3 and it won't start downloading. I have tried everything I can to get it to start but it's just says installing... and is stuck at 0%. I tried downloading other games xbox ONE and 360 alike. Still the same thing, so I tried a
    disk and it started to install straight away. Also turned the xbox off and on, went offline, even asked it super nicely to work but nothing. If anyone could help me with this I would be extremely grateful My xbox one isn't downloading games. :)

    My xbox isn't downloading disks.

    When I put my new copy of rainbow six into the xbox, it didn't make any effort to start installing. I thought this was just the disk, but when I tried to download GTA V (on disk) it repeated the same error. Can somebody please help me please?

    I'm sorry to see any issues downloading games! At the time of your posting this, we did have a service alert for downloading games and that could have impacted your ability to do so. If you're still having issues, though, have you considered yelling at the
    console? It might need that authoritative voice to give it the push it needs. My xbox one isn't downloading games. ;)

    In all seriousness, though, if you're still having issues, let me know so that we can dig into it further. My xbox one isn't downloading games. :)

    I've checked and if I go to Sam&Max Save the World on the store it says I already purchased it, but if I go to my profile and look at My Games it isn't in the list.

    Is this why I can't download it to my Xbox One?
