Hi, Flatstanley! Thank you for reaching out.

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with your console.

Based on your description, I'm sorry to say your console's problem may be hardware-related. If it's okay, I'd like to ask you a few questions to better understand the issue and confirm whether this might be the case.

    • Besides your TV/monitor, are there any external devices connected to your console?

    • Is your console connected directly to one of the wall outlets?

    • To clarify, is your screen showing a "No signal", "Input not supported", or a similar message?

    • Have you already tried both of the following boot-up methods?

    -----

    Display reset:

    - If there's a disc in the console, eject it.

    - Press and hold the console's power button until it shuts down.

    - Press and hold the Power button and the EJECT button until you hear a beep to turn on the console.

You’ll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. Do not let go until the second beep occurs.

    * If you have an All-digital Xbox One S or an Xbox Series S, you must use the BIND button instead of EJECT.

    Startup troubleshooter:

    - Turn your console off and unplug it for 30 seconds.

    - Plug your console back into the outlet.

    - While the console is off, press and hold the BIND and EJECT buttons.

    - Without letting go of them, press the power button once (do not hold).

    - Continue holding BIND and EJECT for 15 seconds or until you hear a second boot-up tone.

    * If you have an All-digital Xbox One S or an Xbox Series S, please disregard any mention of the EJECT button and follow these instructions using only the BIND button.

    -----

Thank you! I'll be looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards,

    - AJ

Why isn’t my Xbox connecting to my tv?

Hello, my name is oskayra and it will be a pleasure to help you.

I tell you in advance so that there are no misunderstandings, this is a public forum for user-to-user support. We are users who help other users. We don't work for Microsoft.

Could you tell me the make and model of your television?

I will be waiting for your response, in the meantime try this.

It sounds like you're having a problem with your Xbox not connecting to your TV. There are a few things you can try to fix the problem:

    1. Make sure the HDMI cables are connected correctly. Check that the HDMI cables are securely connected to the Xbox console and TV. You can also try using different HDMI cables to see if that solves the problem.

    2. Restart your Xbox. Sometimes a simple restart can solve the problems. To restart your Xbox, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.

    3. Restart your TV. You can also try restarting your TV to see if that solves the problem. To reset your TV, consult your TV's instruction manual.

    4. Update your Xbox firmware. There may be a firmware update available that could fix the issue. To check if updates are available, go to Settings > System > Update & security.

    5. Try a different HDMI input on your TV. If you have multiple HDMI inputs on your TV, try a different input to see if that solves the problem.

    6. Try a different resolution on your Xbox. To change the resolution on your Xbox, go to Settings > Display & Sound > Screen Resolution.

    7. Reset your Xbox. If you have tried all of the steps above and are still having problems, you can reset your Xbox. This will erase all data on your console, so be sure to back up your data before resetting it. To reset your Xbox, go to Settings > System > Storage > Delete everything.

    8. Contact Microsoft customer support. If you've tried all of the steps above and are still having problems, you can contact Microsoft Customer Support for help.

Why isn’t my Xbox connecting to my tv?

If you have already tried the previous instructions and the problem persists, perhaps the problem is a breakdown of one of the devices, check the integrity of your console, television and components.

HDMI no signal from Xbox one X

Correct, the TV is giving me a “No Signal” message. And no, my Xbox isn’t turning off. In fact, I can connect a pair of headphones to my controller and hear the menu moving and everything.
