My Xbox one isn’t connecting to my tv

- Turn your console off and unplug it for 30 seconds.

- Plug your console back into the outlet.

- While the console is off, press and hold the BIND and EJECT buttons.

- Without letting go of them, press the power button once (do not hold).

- Continue holding BIND and EJECT for 15 seconds or until you hear a second boot-up tone.

If you have already tried the previous instructions and the problem persists, perhaps the problem is a breakdown of one of the devices, check the integrity of your console, television and components.

I have a Roku onn tv. I’ve tried a different cable I tried a different tv . I’ve restarted the Xbox and tv nothing seems to work and I can they on my Xbox in order to go to any of the settings

Correct, the TV is giving me a “No Signal” message. And no, my Xbox isn’t turning off. In fact, I can connect a pair of headphones to my controller and hear the menu moving and everything.
