My Xbox isn’t showing any WiFi names to connect to it won’t bring up guide when I hit the home button to factory reset the console. Any time I disconnect from a WiFi this happens

    My Xbox One is Bricked!

You have to wait on the green screen. Restarting it probably messed up the set up. I'm glad I read about the long green screen ahead of time.

try clearing the cache of your console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds.

    See what it does afterwards.

    XB1 Hook Up

I've been giving this a lot of thought. Initially I wanted to have my xbox one between the reciever and the tv so I could have every hdmi device feed through my reciever and then through the xbox one's UI. However, I dont' believe this is the optimal setup.
This would require xbox one to have ARC support (which it probably does but I can't confirm) in order to send game/movie sound back to the reciever. The problem with that (if it supports ARC) is that ARC is equivilent to an optical cable, in which case HD
sound will not be sent through it. You would only get compressed 5.1. As I will be using my xbox one for blu ray as well, I will have to hook up my xbox one to a reciever input to achieve lossless audio and 7.1 surround sound. I'll probably hook up my cable
box to the xbox one's hdmi in so i'll at least be able to snap between xbox one and cable. Unless I'm completely wrong.

    Fed up

the xbox controllers are quite durable, i am still using my day one 2013 controller and that is fine, if you experiencing issues with the jack after one week then take back to where you purchased.

Initial diagnosis: double NAT, which prevents you from getting open NAT. Your "modem" appears to be a gateway (modem+router), which if so creates a problematic double NAT situation when combined with your router. To verify double NAT is the issue, please
log in to the web interface of your router and note the WAN/Internet IP it reports (WAN IP, not the LAN IP!). If that IP differs from the one reported by
http://www.tracemyip.org, then your Xbox is behind multiple layers of NAT (double NAT) and getting open NAT will require special steps.

Basically, you have 3 options. One, you can put the gateway in bridge mode. Google the model of your gateway plus the words "bridge mode" and you will probably find instructions--e.g.

forums.comcast.com/.../1707801 (seemingly bridge mode on this model can only be done by a Comcast
    technician)

.Once routing has been disabled on the gateway, use your router to forward ports via UPnP, manually, etc.

Two, as an alternative to placing the gateway in bridge mode, which can be complex for the inexperienced, you can try putting the WAN IP of your router in the DMZ on the gateway then use your router to forward ports via UPnP, manually, etc.

Three, you can get rid of the gateway and replace it with a modem-only device instead. Or, connect the Xbox One directly to your gateway and do not use your Belkin router.

The Xbox support site actually has a decent guide for NAT problems:

My guess is it's one of these, which is a gateway:

    customer.comcast.com/.../wireless-gateway-1

If so, please post the specific model number, which will probably be one of those listed there (i.e. TG852G, TG862G, SMCD3GNV, TC8305C).
