    My xbox one is unusable/:


    Hello friends. My xbox is so laggy and won't turn on. It was laggy in games (especially Forza Horizon 3 and Pes 2017 and Pes 2016) and dashbord before being unusable. I've tried factory reset so many times but It won't turn on. I think there is a problem
    with hard drive because it has sounds that in PCs means there is a problem with hard drive. If anyone can help e-mail me (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) or say the solution here. Tnx.

    Hello KoaVan,

    This issue used to happen quite frequently for me. The following may resolve your issue. It might take a while, but I assure you, if you give it the patience, it most likely will do you wonders.

    Go to Settings > Network Settings > MAC Address > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > Restart. Once your system has restarted, go to Disc & Blu Ray > Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage. This should resolve your issue. Sometimes it also helps if you
    disable BD Live. Please let me know how it goes.

    Unfortunately it sounds like a repair will be needed, you should phone support, unless its still under warranty then take it back where you bought it

    It took a little time, as the Settings app, subsequent sub-settings menus and restart took a long time to load and/or complete, but my console is running smoothly. Thanks.
