have you tried checking your security proof or update it may be?

or you can try Power cycle the console including the modem or gateway modem and after that try to clear the mac address on your Xbox one console

same Gold Live problem here.

I've read plenty of threads on the forum all reporting the same problem.

For some deleting user accounts, hard reboot and re-adding account work.

For me it did not.

Spent close to an hour on chat with support last night, who were not helpful.

hello my name is giuseppe, i have a 12 month xbox live gold subscription, yesterday i also tried to get the 1 euro game pass, to download new games. I just realized that my one year xbox live gold subscription has been canceled. So I canceled the game
pass to get my one year xbox live gold subscription back, but now it tells me that I have to pay to have another subscription. Can I do something to recover it, I don't want to lose the 60 euros spent on the subscription ???? help me !!!

My games with gold don't launch and it tells me to renew my subscription even though I have a subscription active and paid for. Do you have any idea how to fix this?

My account on my xbox one is a child account too and I am having the same problem. I have an xbox one with xbox gold subscription. I do not have access to an xbox 360 so how can I get the free xbox 360 games with gold on my xbox one? I don't have any problem
getting the xbox one games, just the backward compatible 360 games. the message tells me to complete the transaction on my xbox regardless of whether I am on my xbox already or on xbox.com on my laptop. Help please! we want the 'free' games that we payed our
subscription fees for!

Trial cards don't change your account status to gold. They only give you some aspects of online multiplayer. While you can download the Xbox One games with gold while on a trial, you do need a full gold subscription in order to download the 360 games.

Why cant the support person tell me that

It's weird that my xbox 360 trial subscription shows on my account history but not the xbox one gold trial.

If i activate full subscription, will it allow me to download it? I got a 6 month prepaid waiting for activation. I was about to wait until the end of my 14 days before doing so.

I have the same issue, my subscription tells me that i have xbox live gold until 25-02-2018. But i can't use any xbox live gold features.
