My Xbox one is telling me I don't have a gold subscription.

My xbox one is telling me I don't have a gold subscription, but my xbox 360 says I have a 12 month gold subscription. I don't understand how this happened. I bought a year gold subscription a few months ago, but now my xbox one is telling me I don't have
a subscription. Please someone tell me how this happened and how to fix it.

I recently tried to play a game online on my xbox one however was confronted with a message telling me I need to upgrade my account to gold. I checked my subscriptions and found that I have gold until November 2015. I tried to purchase another 12 months
of gold on the xbox one dashboard however receive the message "Please try a different payment option". My subscriptions even states that my gold is set to automatically renew itself and that I currently have gold therefore I can't understand why my xbox
tells me I don't. Thanks in advance for any help on the matter.

I have a Xbox Live Gold subscription ending in August next year and my Xbox One just keep telling me to purchase Xbox Live Gold to play online or to do something else related with that subscription.

What can I do?

I already tested sign out and sign in my profile but nothing changed.

Have you tired deleted your profile and redownload it?

 

This just happened to me I downloaded an update and started playing Wolfenstein The New Order and my Xbox One is acting like I don't have gold while my 360 still says I'm a gold member

 

My friend is having the same problem. Is there an easy fix for this? Or is tech support the only answer....?

Nope a friend deleted his account from his xbox one and redownloaded it. It does not fix the issue. We still cant broadcast without it telling us we need gold. Which is wrong cause I have gold until january 2015.

 

Well then. I am stumped then.

 

I purchased the Gold account and got an email confirmation. and hour later I got another email saying it was cancelled. A day later I purchased it again and an hour later, same thing. Two charges for the subscription on bank statement, neither of which have
been reversed.... WTF Microsoft!

Been having this issue all day. It was fine earlier but when I got off for a break then sign back in it said I needed xbox live gold when I already have gold.what can I do??

 

Same thing happened to me yesterday. Although my wife's account can still access multiplayer but mine cant. Was fibe yesterday morning but afterwards....not so much. Tech support said it may have to do with the code i put in tgough.
