    My xbox one is struggling


    Ok so I bought my xbox one a few months ago and am having some problems. First my netflix app does not work. Whenever I try to open the app and watch a show I get an error message almost immediately that says the app is having difficulties, then it
    shuts my entire xbox off with a hard reset. I have tried reinstalling the app and everything else I can think of but I am having no luck. Next my party system is all messed up. Whenever I join an xbox live party chat I can never hear anyone and no one can
    hear me. I have to leave the chat and rejoin several times before it finally works and allows me to hear and communicate. My mic is fully functional and works just fine. I know this because when I play destiny with my friends if I just use the fire team chat
    it works 100% of the time. Does anyone have any advice? Because if not I think I am going to have to call Microsoft since my xbox is still under warranty and try to get a new one ugh this is so aggravating.

    Who is struggling?

    after asking this last night i carried on, i died against Caius in the first fight with him, then used my CP and created a maxed out sentinal with matrials i had been hording for such an occasion, and i got beat in the dark by the behemoth (which your supposed
    to at this stage), im finding the boss fights getting steadily harder, but normal encounters rarly last more than 10secs if im honest.

    If you have tried hard reset next step would be unplug at the wall once turned off see if that helps mate

    Tried that and it doesn't work, I am about to call and get a new one since I'm still under warranty

    Personally this sounds like it could be a connection problem. Test your connection to xbox live multiplayer. I know this happened a few times some of my apps. Also if lots of devices are fighting for bandwidth on your router can cause issues so try to make
    sure not many devices are trying to connect.

    120Hz gaming opportunities at 1440p - which console?

    it will connect at 120hz but i think most games will target 60fps 1440 as the xbox one struggled to get 40fps in some games and xbox one x struggled to maintain 60fps most of the time.

    That's odd! Did you have a custom Xbox One controller profile set-up? Navigate to the Xbox Accessories app from 'My games & apps' and reset your controller's profile to 'Default' to see if that helps!
