    My Xbox One is so screwed up


    SO at first it was on SKyrim I thought it was the mods disabled them started a new game and then I lag when I walk or when I walk It studders it s so weird and it breaks the game everything is perfect except I can't walk without studdering or anything like
    that and it is on all of my games Mass Effect Dragon Age,Overwatch, Fallout and it is horrible I need help bad

    Which transfer cable did you use? Was it an official Xbox transfer cable or a 3rd party? If it was 3rd party Xbox will not support it and your stuff is more than likely gone as it will have erased all the Xbox firmware off the 4gb internal drive. You
    might be able to get it working again if you went out and bought either the 250 or 320 gb drive.

    Call the Support services 1-800-4my-xbox they will do their best to help sort this issue out. Also, did you do a license transfer when you transfered the data to your new console?

    Sorry to hear that. But you're come guy over the internet saying it is you're account. But look at the forums where people got ban. They said they didn't do anything, but they did. If it is truley yours. Then you should contact hotmail/xbox support again.
    Then try to get it back. Now if you're friend trys to hack it back. He will lickley get the ban hammer. Here is a link where you can talk to a microsoft emploee by chat or phone.
