My xbox one is slow and freezing.

I'm using the Wi-Fi but it running slow and freezes up my Xbox one asap please

Not sure if it's similar, but since the last update my Xbox one will freeze. It starts slow, a little lag, then if I try and turn it off it freezes. I have to unplug the console to reset it.

Nevermind, it’s still doing it, now my xbox is really slow and freezes, along with the not being able to download anything
