My Xbox one is saying I don’t have Xbox live gold anymore when I do and it expire in 2019

hey, i was wondering if anyone could help me out. I have been trying to play fortnight for the past few hours restarting my xbox a few times awell but every time i go onto the game it says i need xbox live gold, even though i have already got it. I have
also made sure it hasent expired and it dosent until 2019.

If anyone has any sugestions on ways i could resolve this problem please let me know thanks.

Xbox live gold suddenly not recognized

Hi guys,

I have a xbox live gold subscription which expires on 20-02-2019.

Now suddenly this morning its not recognized when I try to play games, since the games ask for a xbox live membership.

The weird thing is, when I go to my games&apps -> memberships -> xbox live gold, it says that my gold expires on 20-02-2019.

Anyone knows what the issue is here and how I can fix it?

I paid for xbox live gold 12 months, everything was OK. But yesterday, when I singed in, there was ,,go gold," icon and it

wrote to me that I do not buy xbox live gold and if I want to buy it. When I went to see subscription, there was ,,expires in 1/1/2019". Where is problem? I have xbox live gold, but Xbox is telling contrary. Sorry for bad english.

 

I would hard reset your Xbox. Turn it off and unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds and then plug it back in and turn it on and try again

Could be a issue with your biling/subscription, and they are the only ones that can access it.
