My Xbox One is registered to me but not appearing on the support page

Hi I can't see you being able get it replace free however please see below for guidance on how to purchace one.

If you click on the Support tab at the top of the web page then click on All Support, Repair & Service Centre (at the bottom of the page), Replace an Accessory, Xbox One, Power Supply, Next.

If your Xbox One does not appear on the list you will need to register the device.

@TaehoonK. I was the one registered to participate in the Beta program, and I checked in the email that I registered with my Live ID and which was the same one I used for the microsoft connect page. Still no code, I emailed xbox support but they are directing
me to call in and can take 7-14 days for my issue to be resolved. I'll be upset if they don't resolve this because I also purchased the map packs for this game.

I may be stupid but on the Device Support page, I find no way to add this product

The only product I can register is my Xbox One X.

support pages want my xbox serial number before i can register my pad but it will not progress beyond...checking eligibility on xbox so i cannot even register my pad for replacement.
