    My Xbox one is only showing a black screen


    Heyo, so I believe I have the black screen of death, it only shows the "turn off console, turn off controller, restart console" options when I hold the Xbox button down on the controller. Also, it shows notifications but I cannot interact with them, other than this it's just a black screen. I have tried holding down the button on the actual xbox for 10 seconds, and I also unplugged and replugged the cords in after a couple minutes and none of that has worked My Xbox one is only showing a black screen :(

    Does anyone else have a possible fix?

    Blackscreen after start-up

    Same here, just updated my Xbox last night, everytime I start it up it only shows a black screen... Pressing home button only brings the shutdown menu, if I choose "report a problem" it shows the Xbox Feedback screen but then goes back to black

    This is happening to me , but I'm in the insider's. It's a black screen but if I hold the xbox button it dose show the option to shutdown or restart. If I back out of it my home screen shows. Strange one . 🤔

    I not even sure that it's the preview program at all. My screen now loads up to a blank black screen after the my games and apps logo repeatedly pops up and disappears till it finally disappears completely to a blank black screen. It only shows the logo
