My Xbox One is not Signing In or letting me Sign In. What do I need to do?

I don't know how to fix this problem. I've tried a full power off and on cycle. I had a pop up of "Sorry could not auto sign in. Please use a controller to sign in." I tried that and still unable to sign in on my Xbox One since my latest update from August.

I cannot sign in

it is not letting me sign into my account on xbox1 it says "we could not sign you in try again in a few minutes or check your account by signing in to account .live.com sign in 0x87dd0006 but I don't no what to do

Xbox One Online Subscription Sharing

What u have to do is have One Xbox Live Gold account on EACH Xbox.

1. Sign in to HIS xbox with YOUR username and make it YOUR home xbox
2. Have him sign into YOUR xbox with HIS username, make it HIS home xbox.
3. Then sign back into YOUR xbox under YOUR name, have him do the same
4. enjoy all digital game sharing!

I figured out my problem it was an update error. So I downloaded OSU1.zip from Xbox One System Updates | Offline System Updates I fallowed the instructions
online, but first I had to reset my Xbox One after witch returned to the online instructions. And now my Xbox One is working fine again even though I had to resign in from the first start up of my Xbox One. I knew there was a solution some ware.

Have you double checked the email is spelt correctly. and that there no errors in the passord on trying to sign in ?

My Xbox live account isn't letting me sign in, if I delete it do I need to the code for live or will it still be there when I sign it back in?
