    my xbox one is not relaunching games


    my xbox was working perfectly fine yesterday gone to play today and its not letting me launch anything.

    I have done everything I can checked the internet connection turned it off and on and restarted it.

    I have had to errors the first was 0x80072efe then 0x87e107d1.

    I can not find a solution any where

    Cannot play Xbox live on my profile.

    i have an error message too

    'the current profile is not allowed to play on xbox live'

    I have tried relaunching the game and this does not work.

    What do i do ?

    My xbox wont start any games

    My xbox fell of my desk and now whenever I want to play a game it starts but eventually it will go back to the menu screen saying that the game took too long to start. I have already tried relaunching the games rebooting my xbox and resetting my network
    connection.

    Has anyone got a solution for this?

    Thanks for the reply but unfortunately it didn't work, i did the method to Clear local xbox 360 storage and then it restarted my xbox i then relaunched the game and it came up with the same message.

    Its a pretty common error i get it almost every day i fix mine by relaunching the game or restarting my xbox one.Hope the helped if so enjoy your gaming experience = )
