my xbox one is not letting me send messages back. i bought this game from the pawn shop like 1 ...

I would check and see if the pawn shop would agree to swap the console you bought for another one. Let the pawn shop work with the guy to determine if it's his stolen property. That way, he might have a way to get his console back, and you still get to
play on an Xbox of your own. Everyone's a winner that way.

wow, im here too, got banned, they told me to go to forum. how is this helping anything, now im just in a room full of pissed of gamers. UNBAN ME NOW!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought my xbox last week from a pawn shop, and when i try to sign in it says this system is
banned, and i never even got to play it. pawn shop said they wont take it back because technically the system isnt broken... and now im screwed out of 130 dollars

Whats pretty funny is, I own a NTSC game called "Left for Dead" which I bought from a pawn shop.

this is why you do not buy stuff from pawn shops and or 2nd hand. the system is probably broken and the original owner pawned it and the shop never bothered to check (or care) to see that it worked and played games before reselling it to an unsuspecting
customer (you in this case). my advise is to take it back and get your $$$ back and pay the extra coin and get one new from a trusted retailer. if they say no refunds, than raise hell and hope for the best.
