    I tried each and every method listed on the forums and otherwise of rebooting my xbox changing my hdmi cable factory reset putting it on hdmi instead of auto detect litreally tried everything under the sun its not changing its resolution even though my tv
    support full hd with other devices its not going more than 640 ps with my xbox one s

    Unsupported Signal on Sony Bravia TV

    Option 1 that you tried should work, cos that will reset the video settings to low res mode, which is 640 x 480 at 60Hz. I would give that another try, just in case it didn't work properly for some reason when you tried it before.

    None for me as I said. I even had to re download everything after I got my Xbox One back from repair. Everything was there including the VIP cars. Both Forza 5 and Horizon came back with no issue.

    Hi this is off topic but this is the most recent reply ive seen. I have the hdmi low res glitch for my one s. Ive been sitting here trying to boot up the low res mode for 3 hours and nothing is working... the second beep will never come. I tried troubleshooting

    HELP, Accidentally changed my HZ from 60 - 120, Monitor not supported HZ rate. Need to revert.

    So even if I cannot view my display on screen as I have changed the HZ to 120 and it is not compatible, this will still boot and restore to 60hz with low res?

    Note, I already have had the console in low res, will this restore to 60hz and low res ? For me then to be able to select my required resolution.

    As currently the screen is black as my monitor is unable to refresh at 120hz
